How the unit TGBox GSM works ?

TGBox GSM unit is designed for downloading data from driver cards and then sending these data to a data server.

How does it work ?

Once the driver card is inserted into the drive, it will automatically load into the memory unit.

Once the card is completely loaded the unit connects to GPRS and sends data to a data server.

The GPRS unit remains connected to any further withdrawal card.

Once the unit disconnects itself from the GPRS, it remains disconnected until it is withdrawn the next driver card. Only then the unit connects to GPRS again.

After saving data to a data server it determines whether the information e-mail has to be sent.

This e-mail either is sending at time the file is saved or not at all or sending once a day and containing all the files that were created in the previous day.

The information e-mail files are stored as an attachment to it.

Data format of stored files is DDD.

In the datacenter server, each file is stored for 18 months from the establishment.

You can find the file any time and then download the data, so the server can serve as an archive of your files.

All activities over the files, say establishment, list, e-mail sending and direct downloading are monitored and recorded as a log for each file.

On October 1, 2009 was running DDD downloading files from driver cards and transfer them via GSM communications to a data server.

On October 1, 2010 was running DDD downloading files from the tachograph and transfer them via GSM communications to a data server.

On November 1, 2010 was running downloading data from driver cards with TGBox GSM Terminal
